Most of my clients are busy people: executives, entrepreneurs, families with teens or grown kids, sometimes three generations traveling together. They have the means to travel well, but not the time to plan it. They want someone who can handle the details and make sure the trip fits everyone’s pace and interests.

Most travel agents ask where you want to go. I start with why you want to travel, and how you want the trip to feel.

I think about things like which side of the river your hotel should be on, whether your first morning should be slow or full of energy, and which guide will actually connect with your family. I build in breathing room. I handle the logistics you shouldn’t have to worry about. And I stay with you from our first conversation until you’re home again.

This isn’t just booking. It’s design. The difference is in how your trip feels when you’re actually there.


Europe is where I have the most experience, especially in Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, and more. Over the years, I have built strong relationships with guides, hoteliers, and local partners you won’t find online. This network is what turns a good trip into one you remember for years.

I also plan river and ocean cruises. If you want to travel somewhere outside my main areas, I work with trusted specialists to make sure your trip gets the same attention and care, wherever you go.

No matter if it’s two weeks in Tuscany, a family cruise on the Danube, or a honeymoon you’ll never forget, I always use the same approach: thoughtful, personal, and managed from beginning to end.

What's the difference between a travel agent and a travel designer? Most travel agents are experts at booking flights, hotels, and packages. I start somewhere else entirely: with how you want to feel, what you're curious about, and how you imagine spending your days. I handle the bookings, but the real work is designing a trip that feels purposeful, not just organized.

How much does it cost to work with a travel designer? My design fee depends on how complex your trip is, and I also earn commissions from the hotels, cruises, and partners I book for you. I walk you through all of this in our first conversation, so you know exactly what to expect. The consultation is always complimentary.

Do I need to be in Phoenix to work with you? No. Most of our planning happens over the phone, video, or email. Many of my clients are in Phoenix and Scottsdale, and I love working with people here, but wherever you are, the process is the same.

How far in advance should I start planning? For most European trips, three to six months is ideal. If you're thinking about summer, holidays, or a big family trip, six to nine months gives us more options. But I've also created wonderful trips on shorter notice. It really depends on what you want from your experience.

What if I'm not sure where I want to go? That's actually one of the best reasons to start a conversation. Many of my clients come in with a feeling—they want something cultural, or relaxed, or adventurous, but not a specific place in mind. Discovering what fits you best is something we figure out together.
