You have a sense of the journey you want to take. What you don't want is to spend your evenings weighing reviews, second-guessing hotels, or wondering whether four days in Florence is too many.
This is where I step in. I design itineraries around your interests and around what makes a place worth visiting: why it matters, what to notice, where the real story sits. I handle the research, the reservations, and the connections that get you into a museum before it opens. You arrive ready to experience the place instead of still sorting out details after you land.

That comes from years in art history and museum education, and from going back to these places again and again. I work with a small number of clients at a time, by appointment, so I can build your journey properly.

From there I build your itinerary, filling the days with experiences chosen for what they'll mean to you rather than how they look on social media. You see the plan as it comes together, with room to change anything before it's booked.

We start with a conversation. I want to know how you like to travel, what holds your attention, and what you're hoping to bring home with you. Your answers set the pace and shape every decision that follows.

Everything practical is handled, so you can put your attention on the place instead of the plan.

After we talk, you receive a written proposal with the scope of your journey and your total design fee. Nothing begins until you approve it.
Once you submit it, you'll receive a link to schedule our complimentary call at a time that suits you.
You fill out a short inquiry form: where you're thinking, roughly when, and who's coming. "Not sure yet" is a valid answer to all three.
