Getting Started
Create your login credentials to access your itinerary. Set up itinerary access on your mobile device.
To set get started:
-Check your email. You’ll receive an invitation from studio@uptowntraveldesign.com at the email address you provided. If you don’t see it, check your spam or promotions folder.
-Click the setup link. The email contains a direct link to create your account. You’ll choose a password and confirm your details.
-Log in. Once your password is set, you’re in. Your itinerary will be here along with all the documents and details you need for your trip.
Once your account is active, you’ll be able to:
-Review your itinerary as I design it . Day-by-day plans with contact information, directions, timing, and transitions.
-Access travel documents. Confirmations, reservations, emergency contacts, and preparation guides all in one place.
-Message me directly. Questions during the design process or direct message me while you’re traveling.
-Process payments securely. Review your and handle your payments through encrypted channels.

Create Your Login Credentials
You will use the same login credentials to access your digital itinerary using your desktop computer and mobile device.
Download the Tern app to your phone before you leave so everything is accessible even without Wi-Fi. This ensures you can view everything even without an internet connection. All travelers in your party can download the app using their own login credentials.
To download:
Search “Tern” in the App Store or Google Play. The app is free.
To set up:
1. Create your account on your desktop first using the steps above.
2. Download the Tern app on your phone.
3. Log in with the same email and password you just created.
4. Turn on notifications so you receive itinerary updates and messages.
Why you want this on your phone:
-Offline itinerary access. Download your itinerary before you depart so you can view it without WiFi or data. You have all your reservations, confirmation numbers, contacts, directions, phone numbers, tickets, everything you need for your trip.
-Tap-to-navigate. Open directions to any address in your itinerary.
-Direct messaging. reach me in real time during your travels.
